You may return your purchase for ANY REASON within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase’s price excluding shipping charges.

All products MUST be returned 100% complete, and contain ALL original boxes, packing materials, plastic caps, manuals, and all other accessories/documentations provided by the manufacturer or QuasarBeam.com, Inc.

Return/Refund Process:

  • Please contact our Customer Service and provide us with the following information: original order number, the list of product(s) you are returning, the reason for your return, your name and contact information.
  • Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging, otherwise additional charges may be applied.
  • Please include a copy of your original invoice and your contact information (email or phone number) with your return order. Also, include a brief note on the invoice if you have any additional information that you would like to provide.
  • Returned merchandise should be shipped via trackable shipping method to our Return Center address (see below).
  • It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
  • No Restocking Fee will be applied if item is returned within the 30 day period.
  • Shipping Charges cannot be refunded.

We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking service for any returns. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and insure the package you are returning in case any issues during transit occur.

Cancellation Policy:

Many orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment. When your order ships, you will receive an email Notification for your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.
